PAYMENT TERMS

CCB, Inc. accepts Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Credit card charges are not incurred until the time of shipment.

You will be invoiced by E-mail within 24 to 48 hours after you receive your order. Payment is expected within 30 days of invoice date, or a 1.5% late payment charge will be added to your next invoice.

CCB, Inc. has secured special nonprofit pricing. By accepting this special pricing, you agree that all purchase orders are subject solely to CCB, Inc's payment terms and are due 30 calendar days following the invoice date.

Past Due Accounts
Customer agrees to pay a late payment charge on all past-due sums at 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law. Customer will pay for, and will indemnify and hold CCB, Inc. and its affiliates harmless from, any applicable sales, use, transaction, excise or similar taxes and any federal, state or local fees or charges (including, but not limited to, environmental or similar fees), imposed on, in respect of or otherwise associated with any Statement of Products or Services.

In the event of a payment default, Customer will be responsible for all of CCB Inc's costs of collection, including, but not limited to, court costs, filing fees and attorneys’ fees.

Returned Check Charge   
$25.00 will be charged for any returned checks.

All prices are subject to change without notice. CCB Inc. cannot be responsible for errors, omissions, or vendor changes. Every effort has been made to accurately list prices. In order to satisfy all customers, CCB Inc. reserves the right to limit quantities.
