All Microsoft Volume Licensing customers can manage their licensing IDs, access product keys, and download products in one convenient location — the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC).

Microsoft Open License Program

Microsoft® Open License is an entry level software licensing program designed for charity, academic, corporate, and government customers who order as few as five licenses.

Microsoft's Charity Eligibility Definition.

Nonprofit organizations can purchase Microsoft products at amazing discount levels on Open License purchases.

To qualify for Microsoft's Nonprofit Licensing Program, organizations in the US must be qualified as 501c3 organizations or specific 509 organizations, as defined by the United States Internal Revenue Code. Organizations must demonstrate to CCB, Inc. their qualifying tax status with documentation before orders can be placed.
